Here are the good deeds (and not so good deeds) that happened in our Coast community the week of February 3!
Kisses & Kicks
Kisses & Kicks

Here are your kicks and kisses for the week of February 3!

  • It was just seconds after closing time when a call to Gohanya turned up my phone I’d left while shopping. My daughter had taken my car to head for a party but she turned around and headed to Wilson Creek. Thank you Gohanya for staying open so my phone could be retrieved.  Thanks to my daughter for saving my sanity and picking up my phone.
  • An amazing thank you to Linda at London Drugs in Gibson for tracking me down via a cousin in Richmond to return an address book left behind in the store! Great sleuthing!!!
  • Kisses to the calm, experienced technician who thoughtfully provided some paper towels for my recent mammogram.
  • Super huge kudos to some neighbourhood kiddos and their parents for cleaning up 3lbs of screws and nails spread over the corner of Veterans & Fitchett.
  • Kindness to Phil from Big Maples looking after our garbage.
  • Kisses to Joanne who saw me carrying a heavy package home from the post office in Gibsons, and gave me a ride for the rest of the way! I was on my last legs! Thank-you so much!
  • Pharmacy kisses to Rami for being such a personable, respectful pharmacist. You go beyond the call to make sure your clients are well cared for. We appreciate you and your staff.
  • Kisses to Claytons Heritage Market for taking the initiative and supplying its customers and staff with a heathier receipt paper!
  • Huge kisses to the wonderful woman walking back to the hospital who found my wallet in front of the Independent Grocery Store. She spotted me searching around the front of the building in a panic and came back towards me asked my name and said I guess this must be your wallet, I cannot thank you enough.
  • Huge heartfelt hugs to the person who left the message of love in the snow on surf circle: sowed a smiling start to the day!
  • Kisses to the thoughtful Walt’s Towing driver who observed my flattening tire, inflated it and got me on my way to get it repaired. Hope to see you @ Timmies!
