Sunshine Coast Weather: Two moderate days, then the heat is "on"

Two more days of unsettled conditions with some cloud and temperatures in the low 20 degree C range are forecast for the lower Sunshine Coast as of Tuesday, Aug. 20..

Environment Canada is calling for clearing this morning in Sechelt with wind from the northwest at 20 km/h becoming light near noon.

But a heat wave is said to be returning, with daytime high temperatures nearing 30 degrees C , with chances of rain at two per cent or less is said to be in store for our area by  Weatherhood. Those conditions are to last from Friday through to Monday.  Sunny skies are forecast to continue next week, with temperatures moderating slightly to the mid 20 degree mark.
