You can expect mainly cloudy skies across the Sunshine Coast today, May 30, and tomorrow.
We should see a few sunny patches today, but Saturday is cloudy with rain in the morning before clearing late in the afternoon. Despite the clouds, the temperature will hit 17-C today with an UV index of 8 (very high) and 6 (high) for Saturday.
Overnight will bring more clouds and a low of 12-C. The high Saturday should reach 16-C during the day and 9-C overnight.
The sun will make a return Sunday with a high of 17-C and low overnight of 8-C. The rest of the week should remain mostly sunny with 20-C on Tuesday, according to Environment Canada.
Meanwhile, Weatherhood is a little more optimistic about today (Friday), calling for sunny periods and a high of 20-C.
It’s also calling for a 90 per cent rain on Saturday with a high of 16-C and low of 10-C overnight. Sunday will see the return of some sun and a high of 17-C and low of 9-C, before heading into a mostly sunny week.
