Silly me, I thought that at an important public meeting like the closing of Winn Road that all four councillors should have been present. But no, just two showed up and they, of course, voted yes. This in spite of the fact that more than 100 people protested the closure and 20 spoke against it. Two people spoke for the closure. It would appear that the mayor and the two councillors were not interested in what the majority of the public wanted.
