When you drove a ferry

Letters

Editor:

To the tune of, and in parody of, “When You Drove a Buick.”

When you captained a ferry,

A big proud B.C. ferry,

And I captained a little red tug,

You would deride me

As you sailed past so snidely,

Looking oh so smug.

Then you hit a big dock,

A firmly anchored big dock,

Past which you were supposed to chug.

Then I pulled your ferry,

Your crumpled, embarrassed ferry,

At the stern of my little red tug.

TootToot.
