Water, roads need action

We are seeing another large home development in Sechelt with buildings soon to be built above Havies and Laurel. How can this council authorize more building permits until they have addressed the issue of water and roads?

It is evident from the drastic water restrictions being regularly imposed that the infrastructure as it stands cannot accommodate the population that is already in existence. Our highway and ferry system is already inadequate to meet the demands of our present population without further stress put upon it.
Water meters are a good idea in the long term but the immediate need is more water availability.

Why encourage more population until we can meet these requirements? Is there anyone running for council that is intending to act on (not just study) these issues?
