The current conver-sation by the SCRD staff and board on deciding whether to deploy the siphon system this summer strikes me as the same as deciding whether to go to the dentist prior to all my teeth falling out. And, in the meantime, you all have to eat soup because that’s all I am willing to offer.
“Drought management” – I think not! Let’s call it what it really is: “Water mismanagement.”
