I echo the words of Alan Ferguson’s letter last week, in respect to the bus schedules viewable online.
Last week while awaiting an early 90 Express bus, the No. 1 went by, and when I checked the timetable online on my iPhone, it popped up as “suspended” when I tried accessing the No. 90 schedule, which would have meant I would be hooped with appointments in Vancouver scheduled for two hours later.
The website is a total hodgepodge, and not easy to read – and no one is in the office at such an early hour. Please make it more user friendly. I often carry the timetable with me, but had forgotten it in my car.
