There ought to be a law

Letters

Editor:

No wonder life goes by so fast; those nefarious marketing moguls are rushing us through it. At the beginning of October, Halloween and Christmas were already duking it out on the shelves. There should be a law that says no Christmas stuff can be put out until after Halloween. Think of the positive side, store owners – there’ll be that much more shelf space for all the cheap “seasonal” crap we’re being brainwashed into thinking we need.
