Looking for options to keep the Sea Cavalcade alive and well?
Why not look to the high schools and introduce this project as a part of their curriculum, as a “learning experience in organization and implementation of a public event?”
It could be a mini-course that offers training and challenges for the students and they could actually staff the project from start to finish, each year, for years to come, with “new blood” joining in every year.
