As new residents of Sechelt, my wife and I read with interest your newspaper to start getting a feel for the community.
Donna Pretty's letter (Coast Reporter, March 22) hit a chord.
We agree with her observations about development in Sechelt, in particular the twin tower reference.
We have spoken with a variety of local citizens about this city council, and it's a very mixed review. It is clear it is too late to stop the Watermark. We hope a more thoughtful approach is now being considered given the signs of development all over the town.
