Regardless of the voting system used by B.C. citizens, the best way for their opinions to be represented in the legislature is by MLAs who vote by secret ballot. In his book, Politically Incorrect, Rafe Mair recommended this for Canadian MPs and it should apply equally to the provinces and territories.
