I have retained all of the emails that I have received from BC Ferries since May 25, 2015 regarding sailing delays on the Horseshoe Bay - Langdale route. They currently total 73, each of which represents a delay in excess of 30 minutes, and would of course represent more than one trip for that day. Could you imagine the uproar if this happened on any of the other major routes?
Couple this with the fact that upcoming discounts will not apply to the Sunshine Coast, then one can only wonder if there is a degree of vindictiveness and payback from the Liberal government for the way the Coast votes in provincial elections. Treating coastal residents like second-class citizens is a very reprehensible approach by those in power.
