Please set aside the trees in Port Renfrew that are in danger of being turned into toothpicks. Thousand-year-old trees are worth a hell of a lot more, the way they are, than to log them for a one-time profit. Why does this still happen in a day when everyone knows how valuable these trees are? What are we bothering with a climate change conference at all, if we are going to cut down some of the best carbon traps in B.C.? I don’t understand this mentality anymore.
Please stop this logging!
