Perhaps if there were more food for the deer higher up, the deer and the cougars could live in the cycle of nature that is their birthright. I am referring to our lack of protecting our wild nature from clear cutting and deforestation. Showing a photo of a dead cougar like a trophy is appalling. If we wish to inform the public of what these beautiful beings look like, we could show a photo of a healthy and alive one. We could also stop the denigration of their habitat.

Cougars serve life on the planet as does each and every one of us. Let's wake up to the vast repercussions of our actions and begin to include all of nature when we are changing the habitat of any area.
