A terrible job has been done in the road clearing by Highway 101 near Halfmoon Bay. It looks like a tornado has gone through and torn down trees and shrubs leaving shredded trunks in its wake. Roadside clearing is necessary but I have never seen it done in such a destructive way with total disregard for the environment and visual landscape.
Capilano Highway Services, you can do better.
