On the recent issue
of priority boarding I would like to propose the following:
Those travelling utilizing medical ferry “passes” should be afforded priority boarding ahead of reservations. This is common sense. The “pass” has a confirmation number which can be registered at the booth as the number is given out by BC Ferries and recorded. It can be utilized for reservation at no extra cost. A missed medical appointment transfers down-line into the medical system. I well understand yield management overloading. Medical “passes” should not enter into this. There are many ways to deal with it.
