If BC Ferries has adopted a new policy, as reported by Mary Baker last week, of the ferry leaving on time regardless of how many cars may be left behind, then why is the ferry still late, due to apparent “heavy traffic?”
If this new policy is in fact true, then there should not be any late ferries at all, except for breakdowns and other unforeseen problems. Problem is, that there are still late ferries.
Perhaps someone from BC Ferries could enlighten us as to this “new policy?”
