While waiting in the line-up at the Customer Service desk at IGA on Mother’s Day, I overheard a senior gentleman say to Kristy, the courteous, kind-hearted young employee with the radiant smile who works there, “Please promise me that you’ll thank your mother today for bringing her daughter up to be such a wonderful human being!”
This made my day, the senior’s day – and, I’m sure – Kristy’s day!
