I still say derelict boats should be removed from the water. This would help keep our waterways clean, it would make it easier for the artist to paint them if so desired, and depending on their location, it would enable more people to see the artist’s finished project. If you want them to look as if they are still in the water, just paint the bottom half blue. Who knows? It may even make me “get it.”
