May I suggest that you open the door and step outside. Take your dog if she will face the weather and think about staying there for the next 24, 48, 72 hours. Maybe by the end of December there will be a dry and heated space for you and maybe your dog. Maybe. There is no excuse for this. Winter comes every year.
