A pellet gun is a gun. A shot can put someone’s eye out. There is no excuse for the man who was using his gun to shoot crows in Lower Gibsons. One night when I was home alone in Gibsons someone shot two holes through my living room window with what was later determined to be a pellet gun. They were never caught, though I reported the attack to the RCMP. The irony is that if they had been caught they would be fined only $100. But I had to pay almost $500 to replace the window.
