This past week at our Aquafit class in Sechelt I heard just about the nicest words ever. Our instructor interrupted her routine for a few seconds to call out to an elderly woman who was entering the change room. Her words were simple, yet beautiful and profound: “Have a nice day, beautiful!” If only we could be so bountiful in our daily dealings with one another. This instructor made the elder’s day and mine and assuredly created joy among others who overheard that marvellous inter-generational salutation.
