I am appealing to the community as a Coaster.
With the current state of affairs with the COVID-19 pandemic affecting us all, information sharing and communication tools have become even more vital. While there are many invaluable online resources, we really still need our local printed media to keep us informed and connected. They give equal access to information to the entire Coast community. Please let’s support them and advocate from the district, the province and the federal government to support this vital source of communication. Coast Reporter has been hit hard with loss of ad revenue and The Local is now only able to publish an online edition. Coast Reporter has appealed in its weekly editions for financial support – they need our help.
