What a breath of fresh air reading about Wendy Haddock, the school bus driver in Pender Harbour (“Quite a ride,” Feb. 26). She was the absolutely perfect fit for her job chauffeuring school kids for 46 years. I don’t know Wendy, but she sounds like a fun, fair, no-nonsense woman who was beloved by all. The article was great and I would look forward to hearing more of Wendy’s adventures with the kids. Between the golf and the campfires, how about a short memoir, Wendy?
