Dear Minister:
I noticed in Tuesday’s budget that you pointed out a 31 per cent gap exists between men’s and women’s salaries. I had no idea the difference was so large.
I can only assume that men’s salaries, at least those in the federal civil service, will be reduced immediately to ensure wage parity.
I commend your efforts to ensure fairness.
