Any politician who suggests a voter is misinformed is a fool.
In my opinion, those taxpayers who opposed a loan for water meters indicated that they feel they are paying enough for access to available water. If we must pay more, we’d rather pay to access more water than pay for meters.
Water before meters seems a good slogan for the next mayor and council.
