There have been many accidents on the Selma Park stretch of 101, including fatalities, and especially around the S-curves on top of the hill which has a dozen hidden driveways and the Snodgrass intersection.
The suggested speed on that curve is 50 km/h, which no one pays any attention to, and even accelerate through.
My house and property on the S-curves has been crashed into four times in the last 10 years and it has also happened to several other properties between Davis Bay and Sechelt.
Perhaps lowering and enforcing a 50 km/h limit for all of Selma Park might help.
