George in short order

Re: “Former mayor, councillor opposing Gibsons AAP,” “Machado rips into GABC”

It sounds like Gibsons CAO Emanuel Machado made a council meeting speech which, while lively, ran a bit long. So I have a shorter one to suggest for the mayor if he grabs the relay baton: “We are confident a comparison of the Town’s 2014 estimate of total costs to the George developer with subsequent actions taken by the Town will show them to be consistent with each other.”

If he is confident, I mean. If not, maybe he should take more than seven minutes to orate and try to work in the Knights Templar or the Illuminati.
