Letters: What’s in a word?

Freedom is such a troublesome word. Should the bully be free to harass its victims or should the victims be free from the bully? Justice might be a better word to aim for. We all have a sense of what is fair. Maybe we should aim for a just society. 

Canada has a Carter of Rights and Freedoms. Do you know what is in it? Do you know that health and education is the duty of the provinces? Our education systems seem to have let us down when our citizens do not know what is in our constitution.
