Homeless people are the “Canaries in the Coal mine” of our society. They are the consequence of using real estate as investments. They are also the natural result of a “me first” society which defunds education and health care.
If you have poor neighbours, you can defend your wealth from them by putting up tall fences or you can reach out to find ways to help them. Moving them along just makes the problems of the homeless worse.
