Royal or Red, it’s what they are.
Putin saw the vacant spot,
Czar-like power’s what he got.
Empire building was his schtick,
Get Ukraine would do the trick.
Array an army, on the border,
Dismiss objectors, in short order.
Nuclear threat was on his lips,
Precautioning supportive trips.
Invasion now across the land,
Death destruction, bloody hand.
