This development of 36 units is set for public hearing on Sept. 6, 2023. There are no comments from the public among the documents available for review prior to the public hearing. When and where was the public information meeting by the developer? When were the concerns and comments from agencies and associations discussed by council prior to the scheduling of a public hearing? Why have these vital sources of public information prior to a public hearing, after which there will be no opportunity for public comment on this development, been skipped?
