So, here’s the thing about getting the COVID shot: You’re either part of the solution to the COVID crisis or you’re part of the problem.
Get the shot and you’re in the first group. Don’t get the shot and you’re in the second group.
Get the shot and you’re actively protecting not only yourself but the community as a whole. Don’t get the shot and you’re not only endangering yourself but you raise everyone else’s risk factor.
For the record, most of the people getting sick with COVID are unvaccinated, so spare me the argument that you don’t trust vaccines – they really do work, regardless of what you mistakenly believe or choose to believe.
Part of the solution or part of the problem? My friends all made the right decision and I thank them for caring enough to do so.
