On March 14, I was walking from my parked car toward the doorway of a gas station in Gibsons. A man came out of the station’s store and started walking away. When he noticed me, he turned around, saying, “Let me open the door for you,” and walked back to open the door. I was so delightfully surprised to be treated with such care that I must have said, “Thank you,” at least three or four times! So lovely to be treated with such gallantry. It is my sincerest hope that this gentleman reads the Coast Reporter.
