I would like to know who plans the changes to the roads and sidewalks in Sechelt.
So far all I have witnessed is success in making them worse.
First, the four-way stop at Trail and Cowrie and now the parallel parking fiasco on Wharf. Whoever thought putting parallel parking along there to make a huge sidewalk was a good idea should have considered the back up and congestion at the light while people attempt to parallel park their vehicles. What a waste of taxpayers’ dollars and a headache-inducing venture that was. Time to hire someone who actually knows what they are doing or just leave it alone as the “improvements” are more a hindrance than a help.
