Interesting times. Our utility rates have increased substantially. Our garbage collection has been cut in half. And now our garbage is left on the street, inviting bears to raid.
So charge more, get less and now get nothing. I think this is a fine example of “shrinkflation.”
With due respect, a staff shortage is not my problem, the garbage collecting on Lower Road has become my problem.
Perhaps the workers should have been paid a better wage in the first place.
