Giving the Seawatch homeowners a key to the fence is not a solution to the situation the District of Sechelt finds itself. 

I recall that the judge instructed the District to meet with the homeowners and other levels of government to work out a solution. 

I want to know what the District and the province are going to do about this. Telling homeowners to enter at their own risk is unacceptable.
