In order to avoid Highway 101 construction, increasing numbers of drivers are choosing to take Lower Road.
As a frequent pedestrian, I have been shocked by cars whipping by at high speeds and it must be scary for cyclists, not to mention parents with strollers and small children.
As a driver I am fed up with people on my tail.
Lower Road is a local road with a speed limit of 50. Those drivers who don’t like that should stay on the highway.
