I have yet to understand how cameras watching public areas, such as Cowrey Street, is an invasion of privacy. You are out in the public where anybody can see you. The cameras are there for everyone’s safety, no matter what time of day it is. The pictures would only be used as a way to identify those who are breaking the law. These are the ones worried about their privacy. As far as I can see they, the cameras, would be a benefit to the community.
