As we have been coming to the Sunshine Coast for our summer holidays for over 60 years, it is obviously a very special place for us. It is even more special as a result of an incident that occurred to me Aug. 8, as we were having our “farewell” dinner with friends at the Blackfish Pub before returning to Victoria. While enjoying our dinner, I was totally unaware that my wallet had dropped out of my pocket when I parked my car there. I am so thankful that a very honest fellow saw it and came into the Blackfish Pub, located me and returned my wallet with everything still in it. I am so grateful that there are still such honest and helpful people in our society such as that gentleman who found my wallet and made a great effort to return it to me, a stranger to him!
