After being told I would need to go into Vancouver for over 30 medical appointments this past summer, my first thought was I would be spending a great deal of time in Horseshoe Bay waiting for a ferry.
After being advised by a friend, I forwarded a letter to BC Ferries from my doctor asking for priority loading on my behalf. I was treated in a courteous and efficient manner, whether it was administration, traffic controllers or gate attendants.
Given the negative press about overloads and late sailings, I just wanted to thank the employees of BC Ferries.
