I disagree with your statement that we have been mistaught around the future of our earth. If you think that ignorance is bliss, that’s fine with me, but just know that ignorance is the reason our world is becoming a worse place to live every day. If factories don’t stop using fossil fuels, a colossal amount of carbon dioxide will continue to be spewed into the air every day. Studies have shown that since 1948, Canada’s annual average temperature has warmed by an average of 1.7 degrees Celsius. That’s not a coincidence! Also, studies have shown that both past and future warming in Canada is, on average, about double the magnitude of global warming. I remember when I was about seven, I was outside and the sky turned orange and ash started raining down. I asked my parents what was going on, and they said there was a wildfire. To prevent that from happening more and more commonly, I suggest you take action and don’t just ignore that “junk mail.”
