Words cannot convey our gratitude to the BC Ferries personnel and the paramedics who came to my wife’s aid during a medical condition. I know and hear and read complaints about the ferry service, but I’m here to say that the workers on the ferries are some of the most compassionate and caring people I’ve had the privilege to be served by, from the chief steward to the first aid crew. Including a follow-up phone call to check on my wife’s condition, you all have shown your care, concern and compassion in an abundant amount. Sherry, my wife, is still fighting the good fight against the cancer, and with help from some wonderful people such as you all, she will continue to fight.
