This letter was sent to Sechelt mayor and council regarding logging at Roberts Creek.
It appears you are giving consideration to support logging several cutblocks through the Sunshine Coast Community Forest Ltd.
I would like to remind you our living forest provides one point of balance to sustain life on this planet. Every tree you log puts our home in a more precarious position.
Please reconsider supporting any logging near the Elphinstone Forest and for that matter any further logging on the Sunshine Coast.
I know my grandchildren will one day appreciate your sensitivity to our dire situation.
