Some analyses on the web are actually quite good but you have to develop a critical eye. Read from a variety of sources, including some that present the opposite view from that of dominant media. By looking at different viewpoints, you can gain perspective and get closer to the truth.
When perusing the news, whether mainstream or alternate, keep in mind what Mark Twain said: “A lie can travel halfway around the earth while the truth is putting on its shoes.”
Thanks to the Ibrahim family for sharing some truth with us: There is no civil war in Syria. There is a mercenary invasion financed by foreign imperialists who are intent on destroying the country for their own selfish reasons. It is a repeat of the other so-called “colour revolutions” that have killed millions and left Iraq, Afghanistan, Yugoslavia, Libya, Syria and others in ruins.
It is time to rein in the war-mongering military-industrial-media complex. It is time to redirect our resources toward programs of economic, social, educational, cultural and environmental uplift.
