Duris Maxwell (“Dive-bombing seagulls,” Letters, July 28) has certainly struck a rhythm on the subject of the dangerous dive-bomber. Egads, we’ve become so overwhelmed with political matters both here and south of the border, it is so refreshing to para-diddle right into a topic that has put the blues on many of us. I query, has the aforementioned commenter ever experienced similar behaviour from crows in Vancouver’s West End? I have been accosted by those black-cloaked marauders! (Only a night spent in a very substandard motel in Dawson City even came close to disturbing me so!)
