I’m in Grade 6 at Davis Bay Elementary in the NEST program. Our teacher said that we were allowed to respond to your writing in whatever way we would like to. I strongly disagree with your piece. We marched at Mission Point on March 15 because we all really believe that climate change is real and that it will have a negative effect on everything on earth. Last summer, when my friends and I were picking blackberries, there were little worms in the berries. Apparently that is because the warmer winters didn’t kill them off. I hope you start believing in climate change because it is our future.
