In a time when there are so many restrictions as to what we cannot do, and people wondering about the things we can do, St. Hilda’s Anglican Church in Sechelt wishes to make it known to everyone, churchgoer or not, that the grounds of St. Hilda’s are always open to the public. While the church office is closed to the public, church staff is working on limited hours and Father Ayoob can be available to anyone who needs someone to talk to by phone in times of feeling anxious. Please call 604-885-5019 and leave a message for a callback, which may take a few days. Also, in front of the church building next to the parking lot, St. Hilda’s labyrinth remains open for any and all to spend a time of quiet meditation and reflection.
We only ask that you be respectful in enjoying the grounds while you are healthy and that you keep the recommended two metres apart from other people. We are pleased to report that an anonymous friend of St. Hilda’s has been keeping the labyrinth clear of debris for the enjoyment of everyone.
