To me the postal code change is a large SNAFU.
It’s nonsensical and is only causing confusion, anger, frustration, and ill will. It is time consuming and extremely difficult for people with disabilities and no Internet access.
Their so-called explanation is feeble at best. How this disruptive change is supposed to improve delivery/routing makes absolutely no sense. What a waste of time, money, and energy.
